- Lakeport Book Club
- Informal book club that meets monthly on the third Monday from 7:00 - 8:00 pm, rotating among members' homes. Current coordinator is Barbara Khan.
- TGIF Social Hours
- About quarterly, a resident offers their home as the venue and neighbors bring appetizers and beverages to share at an informal get together. Friday at 7:00 pm.
- Easter Egg Hunt
- Kids scour the neighborhood for Easter eggs planted by the "Easter Bunny".
- Dock Party
- Residents gather once a year for a community-wide pot-luck meal at the Lakeport dock.
